Objective
Transform a complex chemical reaction into an interactive visual story that helps both internal teams and external partners understand how polymer chains form and behave at a molecular level.






Challenge
For the 3D designers, the difficulty lay in representing an abstract, dynamic chemical process that has no physical form, for something that cannot be filmed, photographed, or accurately depicted in 2D. The challenge was to translate molecular motion and transformation into a scientifically grounded yet visually intuitive experience.



Result
A striking interactive 3D showcase that makes the invisible visible. It shows ethylene’s transformation into polymer chains through movement, scale, and interactivity. It bridges science and design, turning a chemical process into an engaging, educational, and visually innovative tool.
