Vectary is one of the leading browser based 3D design platforms, used by designers, engineers and marketers around the world. As the platform grew across multiple products, the Studio, Workspaces and the Figma plugin, so did the need for clear, well produced tutorial content that could help new users get started and existing users go deeper.
Objective
Build an ongoing library of tutorial videos that teach the full Vectary platform, from first sign up to advanced workflows. The videos needed to cover everything from introductory walkthroughs to feature deep dives and integration tutorials.
Challenge
The biggest challenge was producing tutorials at the speed Vectary was shipping new features. Each release needed accompanying video content, often within days of launch. That meant building a repeatable production system, capture, edit, motion graphics, voiceover, export, that could scale across dozens of videos without losing quality.
Result
A consistent tutorial library on Vectary's YouTube channel covering the full platform. Videos range from short feature walkthroughs to full series like the Vectary for Figma tutorials, all produced under one visual system. The content supports new user onboarding, helps existing users get more out of the platform, and remains one of the primary education channels for the entire Vectary community.
